Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers comfortable rooms for 2 guests but may feel a bit cramped for 2 adults and a 10-year-old child. The bed is cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the breakfast with a picturesque view is amazing. However, the location near the driveway makes it a bit noisy despite our request for a quieter room.
The hotel offers comfortable and nicely designed rooms, including a separate dressing room, in a contemporary style. The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring the room reservation was correct. The location is convenient, close to the Train Station and Highway, providing a great view of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. Dining on the top floor was enjoyable, although the rooftop location could be improved. Overall, a good choice for a stay.
The hotel offers airconditioned rooms with beautiful views, and my early check-in was a breeze. However, the service was not very friendly, with some issues regarding faulty aircons and early morning disturbances. The location is convenient for sightseeing but noisy due to its proximity to a busy road junction. Dining options were varied, and the buffet spread was satisfying. Facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Though intermittent room issues arose, the overall stay was pleasant. The service was attentive and welcoming, akin to scenes from Star Wars. The location provides a good base for exploring the city and is convenient for transportation. Dining options were fantastic with a stunning terrace view, however, some aspects could be improved for the value. Overall, a successful stay with a few minor setbacks.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a business suite on the 9th floor, offering a light and airy atmosphere at the top of the hotel. The service was very polite, including a Sunday cleaning service at 9 am. However, there were some concerns about potential overcharging by Senior Staff. The location provided amazing views but could be dark and deserted in the evenings. Dining on the 11th floor was good and elaborate, especially the 13€ breakfast buffet in a unique rooftop setting away from other guests.
